Recruitment*Peer leaders are responsible for recruiting 12-15 women Veterans to participate in the WoVeN groups. The WoVeN team can provide support through flyers and social media advertising, but the most successful methods of recruiting are generally word of mouth and contact with local Veterans. With this in mind, how many women Veterans do you think you would be able to recruit for your group? 4. Location*Peer leaders are also responsible for arranging a location for their group to meet. Please list at least one possible location for your group. (Please note that the location must be free or donated space.)5. Communication with the WoVeN team*It is important for WoVeN peer leaders to provide the WoVeN team with updates regarding their group. This information helps the WoVeN team to track group participation and report on the success of the program to funding agencies. During the course of your group, you will be asked to complete a weekly update email for tracking purposes. Are you willing to maintain regular communication with the WoVeN team? Time Commitment*WoVeN peer leaders volunteer their time to WoVeN through communicating with the WoVeN team, finding a location to hold groups, recruiting group members, and preparing for and co-leading groups. In total, we estimate that WoVeN peer leaders will be dedicating 3-3.5 hours of their time per week in preparation for and during the course of the 8-week WoVeN group. We also ask that you facilitate at least 3 groups in a year's time. Are you able to make this commitment?
