WoVeN is a unique social network of women Veterans. Our program fosters connections among women Veterans of all eras and service branches and empowers them with information, education, and resources to improve their quality of life. Join WoVeN to become a member of a powerful national community of women Veterans supporting women Veterans. In WoVeN, we rise because we lift others!

Enroll in a WoVeN Group

Joining a WoVeN group is one specific way to connect with other women Veterans from the WoVeN community. Each WoVeN group usually has 6-10 members and is led by two woman Veterans who have been trained as peer leaders. The eight meetings occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and are 90 minutes each. To help group members share and reflect on many different aspects of their life, each group meeting focuses on a new theme. These themes were hand selected with help from women Veterans. By building strong connections among women Veterans, WoVeN groups are designed to enhance wellness, relationships, and a sense of community.

You can join a group as an in-person or online member. Becoming an online group member is a great way to participate in WoVeN groups if you do not live near a WoVeN Peer Leader!

  • In-person members meet face-to-face in their city
  • Online members connect through a video conference platform

New groups are starting each month! Once you enroll, you will receive a confirmation email from the WoVeN team and your Peer Leaders will contact you to provide you with the group details.

With WoVeN, you can take that shield down and have a place in a group of individuals who have been there, done that, gone through what you have gone through. You can share and feel free to express your concerns and worries and make it better for yourself.
